The Situation

Bob Smith of ABC Components receives 100’s of emails and enquiries a day requesting quotes on his inventory or inventory he has access to. Bob is struggling to keep up. Many of these RFQ’s go unanswered or by the time he gets to reply to them he has lost the order to another company that responded faster.

The Solution

Bob installs QX and sets the system to run quote automation. He assigns some customers special pricing so that when someone from their company (regardless of who they are) sends an RFQ the price is always consistent and the quote is always promptly returned.
